Hi, I’m Arineh Mirinjian, a research professional and lifelong learner fascinated by how humans think, learn, and interact. With a background in psychology and behavioral science, I’ve spent the past decade designing and implementing programs that center real people: their needs, motivations, and challenges. From healthcare research that supports culturally responsive care to educational interventions that improve outcomes for underserved students, my work has always been about bridging data with lived experience.
My journey hasn’t been a straight line, but a path of curiosity and adaptability. I’ve collaborated with teams in education, healthcare, and community engagement, managing everything from study design and data analysis to program development and storytelling. Along the way, I’ve picked up tools like SQL, R, and AI fundamentals, because I believe technology, when grounded in human experience, can unlock new ways to support people and systems.
Recently, I’ve been drawn to AI and UX research, spaces where I can combine my research mindset with emerging tech to design more inclusive and effective solutions. Whether I’m analyzing patient appointment patterns to reduce no-shows, co-developing a family-centered planning app, or exploring AI’s potential to support learning and well-being, I aim to turn data into practical, ethical solutions.
Beyond work, I’m a mom to two young kids, a self-proclaimed food lover, and an advocate for playful learning. My multicultural roots (I speak English, Armenian, and Farsi) shape how I see the world and how I work: always listening, always learning, and always open to new perspectives.
I’m here to partner with others who care about impact, who value nuance over noise, and who want to build things that matter. If that sounds like you, let’s connect.
